Tri-Fit:    Monday / Wednesday / Friday  10:30 – 11:15 AM

Great Cardio, Strength & Flexibility Workout for all Levels of Fitness!  An exercise program utilizing light weights, bands and balls to help strengthen your arms and legs along with increased flexibility. This program was formulated by MEDX of Estes Park with special emphasis for the senior citizen.  VERY Popular Class that has been offered for over 18 years by MedX of Estes.  Join the fun and exercise!!!!!

Elements of Balance: Tuesday / Thursday 9:15 – 10:15 AM

Gentle Chair and Floor Yoga!  Strengthening both mind & body for balance in everyday life.  Breathe, Breathe, Exhale!!!!!

Tai Chi: Fridays 9:15 – 10:15 AM 

Improving Balance and Flexibility!  Helps avoid falls and subsequent pain and disability.  For all levels:  beginner, intermediate and advanced. 

Mah Jongg:   Tuesdays 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Learn to Play and Enjoy this ancient Chinese Game.

Crafts With Carma:  First Wednesday Every Month:  12:15-1:30  

12:15 p.m., Wednesday, October 2. Come and join Senior Center member and well-known Estes Park crafter Carma Thomas and make easy and adorable crafts for the seasons.
