MedX is hosting Tri-Fit classes at the Senior Citizens Center on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10:30 – 11:15 AM.  These classes are $3 per class.  A $30 punch card from MedX is good for 10 classes.  Make checks payable to MedX.  EP Senior Citizens Center membership is also required.

Yoga/Balance classes Tuesday and Thursday from 10:15 – 11:15 AM with Linda Hanak.  Instructor donation suggested.  EP Senior Citizens Center membership is also required.

Great Cardio, Strength & Flexibility Workout for all Levels of Fitness!  An exercise program utilizing light weights, bands and balls to help strengthen your arms and legs along with increased flexibility. This program was formulated by MedX of Estes Park with special emphasis for the senior citizen.  VERY Popular Class that has been offered for over 20 years by MedX of Estes.  Join the fun and exercise!!!!!

Gentle Chair and Floor Yoga!  Strengthening both mind & body for balance in everyday life.  Breathe, Breathe, Exhale!!!!!  There will be an optional $5 class fee, paid directly to Linda Hanak to participate in this class.  We do not want the fee to discourage your participation, if you can make the donation to Linda that would be awesome, if not….she still wants you to come to the class!

Mahjong:   Tuesdays 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM  Learn to Play and Enjoy this ancient Chinese Game.

Presentations:   Tuesday (3rd) 12:00 PM

Movies:  Tuesdays (1st, 2nd & 3rd)  12:00 PM

Bridge:  Wednesdays (1st, 3rd & 5th Wednesday of the month) 12:30 – 4:00 PM;  Thursdays (every week) 12:30 – 4:00 PM
