EP Senior Citizens Center membership is required for all activities, except Musical Events and Presentations.

Tri-Fit classes Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 10:30 – 11:15 AM with Jenn.  A $30 punch card is good for 10 classes; $5 per class for drop-ins.  Make checks payable to ProActive Fitness.  EP Senior Citizens Center membership is also required.

Great Cardio, Strength & Flexibility Workout for all Levels of Fitness!  An exercise program utilizing light weights, bands and balls to help strengthen your arms and legs along with increased flexibility. This program was formulated by MedX of Estes Park with special emphasis for the senior citizen.  VERY Popular Class that has been offered for over 30 years by MedX of Estes.  Join the fun and exercise!!!!!

Every move includes balance! Eight to ten stations that include lower and upper body exercises, yoga poses and core work custom to the participant.

Tai Ji / Qi Gong class on Tuesdays from 10:15 – 11:15 AM with Red.  $3 per class.  EP Senior Citizens Center membership is also required.

This class involves easy movement for breath & circulation while standing or sitting.

Fluid Movement & Balance Workshops 2nd & 4th Thursdays of the month — Jan 8 & 22; Feb 12 & 26; Mar 12 — from 10:30 – 11:15 AM with Joelle.  FREE!  EP Senior Citizens Center membership is also required.

These are STANDING classes with an emphasis on slow and sustained movement, good posture, and a mindful approach to core strengthening and balance.  Small hand weights complete each session.

Joyful Movement class on 1st, 3rd & 5th Thursdays 10:15 – 11:15 AM with Flora.  $20 for 4 classes; . EP Senior Citizens Center membership is also $8 for drop-ins. EP Senior Citizens Center membership is also required.

This is an inviting space to reconnect with your body through music, movement, and community.  Each class weaves together a variety of movement styles and modalities — including gentle dance, rhythmic movement, strength, balance, and mindful motion — all offered with care, creativity, and adaptability.
