Every move includes balance! Eight to ten stations that include lower and upper body exercises, yoga poses and core work custom to the participant.

This class involves easy movement for breath & circulation while standing or sitting.

Fluid Movement & Balance Workshops Thursdays, Nov 13 & Dec 11 from 10:30 – 11:15 AM with Joelle. FREE! EP Senior Citizens Center membership is also required.
These are STANDING classes with an emphasis on slow and sustained movement, good posture, and a mindful approach to core strengthening and balance. Small hand weights complete each session.

POUND Unplugged + class on 1st, 3rd & 5th Thursdays 10:15 – 11:15 AM with Flora. $20 for 4 classes; . EP Senior Citizens Center membership is also $8 for drop-ins. EP Senior Citizens Center membership is also required.
This is a fun, feel-good class geared toward seniors of all abilities. It starts off with a REFiT Dance Fitness warm-up, then dives into POUND Unplugged — a unique drumming-inspired workout using Ripstix (lightly weighted drumsticks) to connect movement, rhythm, and breath.
